Delivery
All reports are delivered within 48 hours of inspection via EDI. EDI(Electronic Data Interchange) is the technology that allows instantaneous delivery of reports through the internet or e-mail. With EDI and the internet, appraisers can send complete reports (including color photos, sketches, maps, signatures, etc) to clients all over the country. No more waiting on overnight deliveries or regular mail. Adobe Acrobat Reader is FREE software that enables the recipient to download the appraisal report, view it directly on the screen, navigate through the entire report, and print full color originals. These are signed/read only reports which can't be changed or altered by the reader so security is never compromised.
